During:

All the client needs to do is to just relax, keep an open mind, and trust that Agnes will do her best to help you find the answers to your questions and health problems.

After:

After the session, the client will receive a video recording of their personal journey under the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique. Agnes will also discuss in depth with you about your experience. The will be able to ask any questions they would like to discuss. The client may not be able to remember everything that they had experienced, but that is exactly why you will receive a video recording to re-exam your journey.

Under the hypnosis your body is very relaxed and your mind is very focused and alert. Think of this as a long involved daydream. I will be your guide and you can explore whatever comes up for us. The idea is to begin to enter the story that is in front of you by feeling free to bypass their logic or left brain and let the right brain speak without any filters.
Your conscious mind might try to take over at times, and you may find yourself trying to analyze what you are seeing, wondering whether you’re doing right.
The key is to relax and keep going back to the images / thoughts without questioning them, regardless of how strange or unusual they may seem.
Another point to remember is that you should come into the session without any set of expectations. As this may lead to frustrations and disappointment if the outcome is not as expected. The reality is that every session is unique and it is impossible to predict which direction it’s going to go.
